Arthur A. Byrd Jr. is a licensed and practicing Attorney in Memphis, Tennessee.  He has experience in Family Law including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, and Visitation, as well as Bankruptcy and General Litigation.  He graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law. 

Mr. Byrd created Family Legal Counseling because he sincerely believes that in both study and practice, that resort to the Law and its remedies should be seen as an option rather than a foregone conclusion.  He believes that people, rather than the Courtroom and Judiciary, should have the final say in the manner in which they, and in many instances their children, live their lives.

Mr. Byrd is originally from the Memphis area, and has lived in Collierville for the last five years.  He is fortunate to live with and near the support of his family and loved ones.  When not practicing or counseling on the law, Byrd spends his free time relaxing with his family and keeping a close eye on Memphis sports.
